The North Davidson Black Knights the visiting Alexander Central Cougars baseball team by a count of 7-3 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Black Knights now possess a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Montgomery Central for a Mid-Piedmont 3A bout on Tuesday, March 21. North Davidson will face a Timberwolves team coming off a 10-0 non-league loss to Millbrook (Raleigh, NC). The Timberwolves record now stands at 2-6.
Next, the Cougars face the Ashe County Huskies (West Jefferson, NC) in a Northwestern 3A/4A bout, on Tuesday, March 21. Alexander Central will attempt to move on its 4-4 season record.
