The Brunswick Pirates crushed the host Grovetown Warriors baseball team by a count of 12-3 in Thursday's league bout.
The Pirates now possess a 10-7 record. They take the field next when they host Richmond Hill for a non-league bout on Monday, March 20. Brunswick will face a Wildcats team coming off a 13-2 league loss to Lowndes (Valdosta, GA). The Wildcats record now stands at 6-12.
Next, the Warriors face the Glynn Academy Terrors (Brunswick, GA) in a 6A Area 2 bout, on Tuesday, March 21. Grovetown will attempt to move on its 4-15 season record. The Terrors enter the bout with a 14-4 record after their 3-1 league win over Lakeside (Evans, GA).
