The Cedartown Bulldogs the host Central Lions baseball team by a count of 5-2 in Thursday's league bout.
The Bulldogs now possess a 9-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Heritage for a 4A Area 7 bout on Tuesday, March 21. Cedartown will face a Generals team coming off a 20-0 league win over Southeast Whitfield County (Dalton, GA). The Generals record now stands at 11-3.
Next, the Lions face the Sonoraville Phoenix (Calhoun, GA) in a 4A Area 7 bout, on Tuesday, March 21. Central will attempt to move on its 5-11 season record. The Phoenix enter the bout with a 9-3 record after their 4-2 league win over Northwest Whitfield (Tunnel Hill, GA).
