The L.C. Bird Skyhawks (Chesterfield, VA) baseball trounced the visiting Monacan Chiefs (Richmond, VA), 23-6 in Thursday's league contest.

Coming up next, the Skyhawks play the Meadowbrook Monarchs (Richmond, VA) in a non-league contest, on Monday, March 20. L.C. Bird will attempt to better on its 2-0 season record. The Monarchs enter the contest with a 0-4 record after their 7-2 non-league loss to Varina (Richmond, VA).
