Spectators at Thursday's league battle between the Little River Academy Bumblebees (Little River Academy, TX) and the visiting Rogers Eagles (Rogers, TX), saw Little River Academy's baseball squad beat Rogers by a margin of 11-6.
Coming up next, the Bumblebees play the C.H. Yoe Yoemen (Cameron, TX) in a 3A Region III District 19 battle, on Tuesday, March 21. Little River Academy will attempt to better on its 11-3 season record. The Yoemen enter the battle with a 3-5 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to New Waverly (New Waverly, TX).
The Eagles now sport a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to McGregor for a 3A Region III District 19 battle on Friday, March 24.
