The Valencia Jaguars baseball team (Los Lunas, NM), was overwhelmed 12-2 in Thursday's non-league outing with the visiting Santa Teresa Desert Warriors (Santa Teresa, NM)
The Desert Warriors now hold a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Roswell for a non-league outing on Saturday, March 18. Santa Teresa will confront a Coyotes team coming off a 16-4 non-league loss to Gadsden (Anthony, NM). The Coyotes record now stands at 2-4.
Next, the Jaguars confront the Los Lunas Tigers (Los Lunas, NM) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, March 21. Valencia will attempt to advance on its 5-8 season record. The Tigers come into the test with a 5-7 record after their 9-4 non-league loss to St. Pius X (Albuquerque, NM).
