Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the St. Francis Fighting Saints (St. Francis, MN) and the visiting Princeton Tigers (Princeton, MN), saw St. Francis's basketball squad hold off Princeton by a tally of 59-58.
With the victory, St. Francis improves its record to 19-12 on the campaign.
Next up, the Tigers confront the Duluth East Greyhounds (Duluth, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Sunday, December 17. Princeton will attempt to improve on its 22-6 season record. The Greyhounds come into the challenge with a 19-8 record after their 73-54 non-league loss to Cambridge-Isanti (Cambridge, MN).
