California High School Volleyball - Gilroy can't hold off Willow Glen

The Gilroy Mustangs volleyball team (Gilroy, CA), was edged 3-2 in Thursday's league challenge with the visiting Willow Glen Rams (San Jose, CA)

The Rams (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Piedmont Hills (San Jose, CA). The Pirates come into the BVA - Santa Teresa challenge with a 6-5 record. In their last challenge, Piedmont Hills nudged Silver Creek (San Jose, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Mustangs encounter the Silver Creek Raiders (San Jose, CA) in a BVA - Santa Teresa challenge, on Tuesday, March 21. Gilroy will attempt to move on its 1-7 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 3-0 league loss to Piedmont Hills (San Jose, CA).
