The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the St. Ignatius College Preparatory Wildcats (San Francisco, CA) and the host Serra Padres (San Mateo, CA), saw St. Ignatius College Preparatory's volleyball squad beat Serra by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, St. Ignatius College Preparatory upgrades its record to 4-6 on the year. The Wildcats host Valley Christian (San Jose, CA) to play the Warriors in a WCAL bout on Tuesday, March 21. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 5-0. Valley Christian won 3-1 in their recent league bout against Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory (San Francisco, CA)

The Padres now own a 5-10 record. They play next when they travel to Lincoln for a non-league bout on Monday, March 20. Serra will play a Mustangs squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over El Camino (South San Francisco, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 5-4.
