Academic Magnet Raptors (North Charleston, SC) followers exited the stadium content Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the host James Island Trojans (Charleston, SC), 17-11 in a non-league battle.
The Raptors now have a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to River Bluff for a non-league battle on Saturday, March 18. Academic Magnet will clash with a Gators squad coming off a 18-3 league win over White Knoll (Lexington, SC). The Gators record now stands at 3-3.
In their next game, the Trojans clash with the Pinewood Prep Panthers (Summerville, SC) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, March 22. James Island will attempt to move on its 4-4 season record. The Panthers come into the battle with a 0-3 record after their 12-1 league loss to Waccamaw (Pawley's Island, SC).
