North Carolina High School Softball - North Stokes falls to Starmount

In Thursday's league outing, the visiting Starmount Rams softball team scored a nice 10-1 win over the North Stokes Vikings.
Coming up next, the Rams battle the Ashe County Huskies (West Jefferson, NC) in a non-league outing, on Monday, March 20. Starmount will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Huskies enter the outing with a 3-0 record after their 4-3 non-league win over Elkin (Elkin, NC).
The Vikings (1-6) will now prepare for their outing against Alleghany (Sparta, NC). The Trojans enter the Northwest 1A outing with a 0-7 record. In their last outing, Alleghany was routed by Watauga (Boone, NC), 14-13, in a non-league outing.
