North Carolina High School Baseball - Millbrook nudged by Ashley

The Millbrook Wildcats baseball team (Raleigh, NC), was tipped 4-3 in Saturday's non-league outing with the host Ashley Screaming Eagle (Wilmington, NC)

The Screaming Eagle now hold a 7-0 record. They take the field next when they host Hoggard for a Mideastern 3A/4A outing on Tuesday, March 19. Ashley will face a Vikings team coming off a 10-0 league win over West Brunswick (Shallotte, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 8-0.

Next, the Wildcats face the Heritage Huskies (Wake Forest, NC) in a Northern Athletic 4A outing, on Monday, March 18. Millbrook will attempt to advance on its 6-2 season record. The Huskies enter the outing with a 4-3 record after their 12-6 non-league win over Holly Springs (Holly Springs, NC).
