The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Whitney Wildcats (Cerritos, CA) and the host Banning Pilots (Wilmington, CA), saw Whitney's volleyball squad nip Banning by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, Whitney upgrades its record to 2-1 on the year.

The Pilots now own a 5-7 record. They play next when they host Narbonne for a bout on Monday, March 18.
