The Morro Bay Pirates held off the host Fresno Warriors volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Pirates now have a 6-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Immanuel for a non-league test on Saturday, March 16. Morro Bay will confront a Eagles team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Reedley (Reedley, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 3-19.

The Warriors (3-18) will now prepare for their test against Madera (Madera, CA). The Coyotes enter the non-league test with a 12-6 record. In their last test, Madera was nudged by Central (Fresno, CA), 3-0, in a non-league test.
