The Silver Fighting Colts softball team scored 14 runs and limited the host Farmington Scorpions to 0 in the Fighting Colts non-league triumph on Saturday.
With the triumph, Silver moves its record to 4-4 on the year. The Fighting Colts travel to Mayfield (Las Cruces, NM) to clash with the Trojans in a non-league game on Saturday, March 16. The Trojans come into the game with a record of 5-4. Mayfield lost 3-1 in their recent non-league game against Artesia (Artesia, NM)
In their next game, the Scorpions clash with the Hozho Academy Wolves (Gallup, NM) in a non-league game, on Monday, March 18. Farmington will attempt to move on its 6-2 season record.
