Jackson Aggies (Jackson, AL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting McGill-Toolen Yellowjackets (Mobile, AL), 14-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Aggies now own a 8-4 record. They take the field next when they host Escambia County for a 4A Area 2 challenge on Tuesday, March 19. Jackson will battle a Blue Devils squad coming off a 15-0 league loss to Satsuma (Satsuma, AL). The Blue Devils record now stands at 0-6.

With the loss, McGill-Toolen falls to 3-6 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets travel to Robertsdale (Robertsdale, AL) to battle the Golden Bears in a 6A Area 2 challenge on Monday, March 18. The Golden Bears enter the challenge with a record of 5-4. Robertsdale lost 6-0 in their recent league challenge against Baldwin County (Bay Minette, AL)
