In Thursday's league game, the host Cherokee County Warriors baseball team scored a nice 21-1 victory over the Anniston Bulldogs.
The Warriors (8-5) will now prepare for their game against Etowah (Attalla, AL). The Blue Devils go into the non-league game with a 10-6 record. In their last game, Etowah overcame Southside (Gadsden, AL), 7-3, in a non-league game.
The Bulldogs (0-7) will now prepare for their game against Ragland (Ragland, AL). The Purple Devils go into the non-league contest with a 5-2 record. In their last contest, Ragland toppled Faith Christian (Anniston, AL), 10-8, in a league contest.
