Alabama High School Baseball - Cherokee loses to Sheffield

The Sheffield Bulldogs baseball team scored 17 runs and limited the visiting Cherokee Indians to 0 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Thursday.
The Bulldogs (10-3) will now prepare for their match against Mae Jemison (Huntsville, AL). The Jaguars go into the non-league match with a 1-6 record. In their last match, Mae Jemison was overwhelmed by Ardmore (Ardmore, AL), 19-9, in a league challenge.
With the defeat, Cherokee falls to 0-6 on the season. The Indians host Oak Grove (Bessemer, AL) to encounter the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Monday, March 28. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 5-8.
