The Dougherty Valley Wildcats topped the host Monte Vista Mustangs volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Thursday's league test.

The Wildcats now have a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host California for a East Bay test on Tuesday, March 22.

The Mustangs (1-6) will now prepare for their test against Acalanes (Lafayette, CA). The Dons enter the non-league test with a 2-4 record. In their last test, Acalanes was knocked off by Campolindo (Moraga, CA), 3-2, in a league test.
