The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Hickory Red Tornadoes (Hickory, NC) and the host Patton Panthers (Morganton, NC), saw Hickory's lacrosse team top Patton by a margin of 15-2.

The Red Tornadoes (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against West Forsyth (Clemmons, NC). The Titans enter the non-league challenge with a 6-0 record. In their last challenge, West Forsyth beat Davie (Mocksville, NC), 15-4, in a league challenge.

The Panthers (0-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Asheville (Asheville, NC). The Cougars enter the NW/The Mountain/Western Foothills/Mtn. Foothills challenge with a 4-1 record. In their last challenge, Asheville was overwhelmed by T.C. Roberson (Asheville, NC), 4-3, in a league challenge.
