Fremont Silverwolves (Plain City, UT) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Layton Lancers (Layton, UT), 20-0 in a league battle.

The Silverwolves now have a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Weber for a 6A Region 1 battle on Tuesday, March 22. Fremont will clash with a Warriors squad coming off a 18-7 league win over Syracuse (Syracuse, UT). The Warriors record now stands at 3-0.

In their next game, the Lancers clash with the Logan Grizzlies (Logan, UT) in a non-league battle, on Monday, March 21. Layton will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Grizzlies come into the battle with a 0-4 record after their 16-0 non-league loss to Maple Mountain (Spanish Fork, UT).
