California High School Softball - Alameda bounces San Leandro

The Alameda Hornets (Alameda, CA) softball routed the visiting San Leandro Pirates (San Leandro, CA), 10-0 in Thursday's league bout.

The Hornets (4-2) will now prepare for their bout against Bishop O'Dowd (Oakland, CA). The Dragons go into the West Alameda County - Foothill bout with a 6-2 record. In their last bout, Bishop O'Dowd toppled Arroyo (San Lorenzo, CA), 6-2, in a league bout.

The Pirates now possess a 4-4 record. They play next when they travel to James Logan for a non-league bout on Friday, March 18. San Leandro will confront a Colts squad coming off a 9-2 non-league loss to Foothill (Pleasanton, CA). The Colts record now stands at 1-3.
