Compton Tarbabes (Compton, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Jordan Panthers (Long Beach, CA), 3-0 in a league challenge.

The Tarbabes now own a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Long Beach Poly for a Moore challenge on Tuesday, March 22. Compton will battle a Jackrabbits squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Lakewood (Lakewood, CA). The Jackrabbits record now stands at 1-5.

With the loss, Jordan falls to 1-4 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Woodrow Wilson (Long Beach, CA) to battle the Bruins in a Moore challenge on Tuesday, March 29. The Bruins enter the challenge with a record of 8-7.
