The Wasco Tigers softball team scored 11 runs and limited the host Mira Monte Lions to 0 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Wasco moves its record to 7-3 on the year. The Tigers host McFarland (McFarland, CA) to clash with the Cougars in a South Sequoia game on Tuesday, March 22. The Cougars come into the game with a record of 1-5. McFarland lost 10-6 in their recent non-league game against Kern Valley (Lake Isabella, CA)

In their next game, the Lions clash with the Chavez Titans (Delano, CA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, March 19. Mira Monte will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record. The Titans come into the game with a 4-2 record after their 4-2 non-league loss to Ridgeview (Bakersfield, CA).
