North Carolina High School Softball - North Brunswick can't hold off Whiteville

March 17, 2022: Whiteville, NC 28472

The North Brunswick Scorpions softball team (Leland, NC), was tipped 6-5 in Thursday's non-league test with the host Whiteville Wolfpack (Whiteville, NC)

Coming up next, the Wolfpack clash with the East Bladen Eagles (Elizabethtown, NC) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, March 22. Whiteville will attempt to improve on its 3-1 season record. The Eagles come into the test with a 3-2 record after their 9-2 league win over West Bladen (Bladenboro, NC).

The Scorpions (1-5) will now prepare for their test against Hoggard (Wilmington, NC). The Vikings come into the Mideastern 3A/4A test with a 2-3 record. In their last test, Hoggard was tipped by Topsail (Hampstead, NC), 3-2, in a league test.
