In Thursday's non-league outing, the visiting Southwest Guilford Cowboys softball team scored a nice 15-0 win over the Trinity Bulldogs.
Coming up next, the Cowboys encounter the Southeast Guilford Falcons (Greensboro, NC) in a Metro 4A outing, on Friday, March 18. Southwest Guilford will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The Falcons enter the outing with a 3-2 record after their 13-4 league win over Ragsdale (Jamestown, NC).
The Bulldogs (0-4) will now prepare for their outing against Providence Grove (Franklinville, NC). The Patriots enter the Piedmont Athletic 1A/2A outing with a 7-0 record. In their last outing, Providence Grove prevailed over Chatham Central (Bear Creek, NC), 5-1, in a non-league outing.
