California High School Baseball - St. Augustine sneaks past Helix

Spectators at Friday's non-league battle between the St. Augustine Saints (San Diego, CA) and the visiting Helix Highlanders (La Mesa, CA), saw St. Augustine's baseball squad edge Helix by a margin of 7-6.

Coming up next, the Saints play the Granite Hills Eagles (El Cajon, CA) in a non-league battle, on Monday, March 20. St. Augustine will attempt to better on its 5-1 season record. The Eagles enter the battle with a 5-1 record after their 7-2 non-league win over Eastlake (Chula Vista, CA).

The Highlanders now sport a 0-6 record. They take the field next when they host Patrick Henry for a non-league battle on Monday, March 20. Helix will play a Patriots squad coming off a 7-0 non-league loss to Santana (Santee, CA). The Patriots record now stands at 2-4.
