North Carolina High School Baseball - Terry Sanford wallops Overhills

Spectators at Friday's league battle between the Terry Sanford Bulldogs (Fayetteville, NC) and the host Overhills Jaguars (Spring Lake, NC), saw Terry Sanford's baseball squad knock off Overhills by a count of 17-1.

Coming up next, the Bulldogs play the West Brunswick Trojans (Shallotte, NC) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, March 18. Terry Sanford will attempt to move on its 7-1 season record. The Trojans enter the battle with a 4-3 record after their 9-0 league loss to Ashley (Wilmington, NC).

The Jaguars now possess a 0-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to E.E. Smith for a All American 3A/4A battle on Tuesday, March 21. Overhills will play a Golden Bulls squad coming off a 21-0 league loss to Triton (Erwin, NC). The Golden Bulls record now stands at 1-3.
