California High School Baseball - Redwood holds off Tamalpais

Spectators at Friday's league battle between the Redwood Giants (Larkspur, CA) and the host Tamalpais Red Tailed Hawks (Mill Valley, CA), saw Redwood's baseball squad knock off Tamalpais by a count of 5-1.

Coming up next, the Giants play the San Rafael Bulldogs (San Rafael, CA) in a Marin County battle, on Tuesday, March 21. Redwood will attempt to move on its 8-1 season record.

The Red Tailed Hawks now possess a 4-6 record. They take the field next when they host Rancho Cotate for a non-league battle on Saturday, March 18. Tamalpais will play a Cougars squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Vintage (Napa, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 3-4.
