Arizona High School Volleyball - Mica Mountain tips Pueblo

March 17, 2023: Tucson, AZ 85713

Mica Mountain Thunderbolts (Tucson, AZ) supporters left the game in high spirits Friday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host Pueblo Warriors (Tucson, AZ), 2-1 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Thunderbolts battle the Marana Tigers (Tucson, AZ) in a non-league match, on Saturday, March 18. Mica Mountain will attempt to advance on its 3-3 season record. The Tigers come into the match with a 7-1 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Rio Rico (Rio Rico, AZ).

With the loss, Pueblo drops to 2-6 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Flowing Wells (Tucson, AZ) to meet the Caballeros in a 4A Gila game on Tuesday, March 28. The Caballeros enter the game with a record of 8-1.
