Croatan Cougars (Newport, NC) followers exited the stadium content Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Swansboro Pirates (Swansboro, NC), 14-2 in a league battle.

The Cougars now have a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to First Flight for a Coastal/Northeastern Coastal battle on Tuesday, March 21. Croatan will clash with a Nighthawks squad coming off a 18-3 league win over White Oak (Jacksonville, NC). The Nighthawks record now stands at 3-1.

In their next game, the Pirates clash with the White Oak Vikings (Jacksonville, NC) in a Coastal/Northeastern Coastal battle, on Tuesday, March 21. Swansboro will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record. The Vikings come into the battle with a 0-6 record after their 18-3 league loss to First Flight (Kill Devil Hills, NC).
