The Gray Collegiate Academy War Eagles held off the visiting Fairfield Central Griffins soccer squad by a margin of 1-0 in Friday's league match.
The War Eagles now sport a 2-8 record. They play next when they travel to Andrew Jackson for a non-league match on Monday, March 20. Gray Collegiate Academy will play a Volunteers squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to York Prep (Rock Hill, SC). The Volunteers record now stands at 0-6.
