The North Stokes Vikings baseball team (Danbury, NC), was overwhelmed 16-0 in Friday's league outing with the visiting Elkin Buckin' Elks (Elkin, NC)
The Buckin' Elks now hold a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Forsyth Home Educators for a non-league outing on Monday, March 20. Elkin will face a Hawks team coming off a 9-6 non-league loss to Charlotte Stampede (Charlotte, NC). The Hawks record now stands at 0-1.
Next, the Vikings face the Starmount Rams (Boonville, NC) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, March 21. North Stokes will attempt to advance on its 0-2 season record.
