In Friday's league game, the visiting Severance Silver Knights baseball team scored a tight 13-9 victory over the Frederick Golden Eagles.
The Silver Knights (2-0) will now prepare for their game against Mead (Longmont, CO). The Mavericks go into the non-league game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Mead tipped Wellington (Wellington, CO), 24-0, in a non-league game.
The Golden Eagles (1-2) will now prepare for their game against Riverdale Ridge (Thornton, CO). The Ravens go into the non-league game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, Riverdale Ridge tipped Roosevelt (Johnstown, CO), 8-3, in a league game.
