Topsail Pirates (Hampstead, NC) followers exited the stadium content Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting West Brunswick Trojans (Shallotte, NC), 18-0 in a league battle.

The Pirates now have a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they host New Hanover for a Mideastern battle on Tuesday, March 21.

In their next game, the Trojans clash with the North Brunswick Scorpions (Leland, NC) in a Mideastern battle, on Tuesday, March 21. West Brunswick will attempt to move on its 0-4 season record. The Scorpions come into the battle with a 1-4 record after their 15-0 league loss to Hoggard (Wilmington, NC).
