Mohave Accelerated Patriots (Bullhead City, AZ) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Bagdad Sultans (Bagdad, AZ), 19-3 in a non-league challenge.

The Patriots now own a 6-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Globe for a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 18. Mohave Accelerated will face a Tigers squad coming off a 15-1 non-league loss to Williams (Williams, AZ). The Tigers record now stands at 9-6.

With the loss, Bagdad falls to 7-1 on the campaign. The Sultans travel to Round Valley (Eagar, AZ) to face the Elks in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 18. The Elks enter the challenge with a record of 9-2. Round Valley won 9-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Trivium Prep (Goodyear, AZ)
