The Lewisville Lions softball team scored 15 runs and limited the visiting Great Falls Red Devils to 0 in the Lions league triumph on Friday.
With the triumph, Lewisville improves its record to 7-1 on the year. The Lions host Chester (Chester, SC) to clash with the Cyclones in a non-league game on Monday, March 20. The Cyclones come into the game with a record of 1-4. Chester lost 17-3 in their recent league game against Woodruff (Woodruff, SC)
In their next game, the Red Devils clash with the C.A. Johnson Hornets (Columbia, SC) in a A Region 3 game, on Tuesday, March 21. Great Falls will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Hornets come into the game with a 0-1 record after their 15-0 league loss to Lewisville (Richburg, SC).
