North Carolina High School Softball - Manteo falls to Holmes

March 17, 2023: Edenton, NC 27932

In Friday's league outing, the host Holmes Aces softball team scored a nice 13-3 win over the Manteo Redskins.

Coming up next, the Aces battle the Northeastern Eagles (Elizabeth City, NC) in a Northeastern Coastal 2A/3A outing, on Tuesday, March 21. Holmes will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Eagles enter the outing with a 0-4 record after their 25-0 league loss to First Flight (Kill Devil Hills, NC).

The Redskins (2-5) will now prepare for their outing against Albemarle School (Elizabeth City, NC). The Colts enter the non-league outing with a 3-2 record. In their last outing, Albemarle School was routed by Perquimans (Hertford, NC), 13-3, in a non-league outing.
