The Virginia City Muckers softball team (Virginia City, NV), was routed 11-5 in Friday's league test with the host Oasis Academy Bighorns (Fallon, NV)

Coming up next, the Bighorns clash with the Whittell Warriors (Zephyr Cove, NV) in a 1A Northern test, on Wednesday, March 29. Oasis Academy will attempt to improve on its 2-0 season record.

The Muckers (0-2) will now prepare for their test against Pyramid Lake (Nixon, NV). The Lakers come into the 1A Northern test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Pyramid Lake edged Mineral County (Hawthorne, NV), 17-5, in a league test.
