In Sunday's non-league contest, the Upper Arlington Golden Bears (Columbus, OH) lacrosse squad edged the visiting St. Xavier Bombers (Cincinnati, OH), by a count of 11-10.
Coming up next, the Golden Bears confront the Thomas Worthington CARDINALS (Worthington, OH) in a Region 3 contest, on Thursday, March 21. Upper Arlington will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record. The CARDINALS come into the contest with a 1-1 record after their 8-6 league win over Westerville South (Westerville, OH).
The Bombers now own a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they host Elder for a Region 4 contest on Tuesday, March 19. St. Xavier will confront a Panthers squad coming off a 8-7 non-league win over Lexington Catholic (Lexington, KY). The Panthers record now stands at 2-0.
