The Wadley Bulldogs (Wadley, AL) baseball trounced the visiting Central of Coosa County Cougars (Rockford, AL), 14-1 in Monday's non-league challenge.
The Bulldogs now own a 5-6 record. They take the field next when they host Comer for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 20.
With the defeat, Central of Coosa County drops to 3-14 on the year. The Cougars travel to Ranburne (Ranburne, AL) to clash with the Bulldogs in a 2A Area 8 challenge on Tuesday, March 18. The Bulldogs go into the challenge with a record of 5-9. Ranburne won 9-7 in their recent non-league challenge against Vincent (Vincent, AL)
