In Monday's non-league game, the host Malvern Leopards baseball team scored a close 4-3 victory over the Genoa Central Dragons.
The Leopards (5-2) will now prepare for their game against Arkadelphia (Arkadelphia, AR). The Badgers enter the non-league game with a 7-2 record. In their last game, Arkadelphia held off Hope (Hope, AR), 15-4, in a league game.
Next, the Dragons face the Arkansas Razorbacks (Texarkana, AR) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, March 18. Genoa Central will attempt to improve on its 4-4 season record.
