The West Union Eagles (Myrtle, MS) baseball trounced the visiting Houlka Wildcats (Houlka, MS), 13-1 in Monday's league challenge.

The Eagles now own a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Itawamba Agricultural for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 18. West Union will clash with a Indians team coming off a 5-3 non-league win over American Christian Academy (Tuscaloosa, AL). The Indians record now stands at 13-5.

With the defeat, Houlka drops to 4-8 on the year. The Wildcats host West Union (Myrtle, MS) to clash with the Eagles in a 1A Region 4 challenge on Friday, March 21. The Eagles go into the challenge with a record of 5-5.
