In Monday's non-league game, the visiting Lamar County Bulldogs baseball team scored a nice 15-2 win over the Marion County Red Raiders.
The Bulldogs (5-6) will now prepare for their game against Berryhill (Tulsa, OK). The Chiefs go into the non-league game with a 8-3 record. In their last game, Berryhill was overwhelmed by Holmes County (Bonifay, FL), 4-1, in a non-league game.
Next, the Red Raiders play the Hackleburg Panthers (Hackleburg, AL) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, March 20. Marion County will attempt to move on its 2-11 season record. The Panthers come into the contest with a 13-2 record after their 14-1 non-league win over Marion County (Guin, AL).
