The Shattuck Indians baseball team scored 9 runs and held the visiting Sayre Eagles to 1 in the Indians non-league win on Monday.

The Indians now hold a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mountain View-Gotebo for a non-league test on Tuesday, March 18. Shattuck will play a Tigers team coming off a 8-0 non-league loss to Fletcher (Fletcher, OK). The Tigers record now stands at 3-4.

With the defeat, Sayre drops to 5-2 on the year. The Eagles travel to Cordell (Cordell, OK) to play the Blue Devils in a Shortgrass test on Tuesday, March 18. The Blue Devils go into the test with a record of 0-7.
