In Monday's league challenge, the visiting Ponderosa Bruins volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Rio Americano Raiders.
The Bruins (3-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Vista del Lago (Folsom, CA). The Eagles enter the challenge with a 7-1 record. In their last challenge, Vista del Lago got by Woodcreek (Roseville, CA), 2-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Raiders meet the Inderkum Tigers (Sacramento, CA) in a challenge, on Wednesday, March 19. Rio Americano will attempt to upgrade on its 1-7 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 2-8 record after their 2-1 league loss to Woodcreek (Roseville, CA).
