The Beaufort Eagles smashed the visiting Hardeeville Canes soccer team by a tally of 6-1 in Monday's non-league game.
Next, the Eagles face the Colleton County Cougars (Walterboro, SC) in a AAAA Region 6 game, on Tuesday, March 18. Beaufort will attempt to advance on its 7-0 season record. The Cougars enter the game with a 2-3 record after their 10-0 league loss to May River (Bluffton, SC).
The Canes (1-2) will now prepare for their game against Hampton County (Varnville, SC). The Hurricanes enter the non-league game with a 2-2 record. In their last game, Hampton County was overwhelmed by Colleton Prep Academy (Walterboro, SC), 4-3, in a non-league game.
