The Stonewall Jackson Generals baseball team scored 12 runs and held the host Harrisonburg Blue Streaks to 1 in the Generals non-league win on Monday.

The Generals now hold a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Riverheads for a non-league test on Monday, March 24. Stonewall Jackson will play a Gladiators team coming off a 11-1 non-league win over Central Woodstock (Woodstock, VA). The Gladiators record now stands at 1-0.

With the defeat, Harrisonburg drops to 0-1 on the year. The Blue streaks host Western Albemarle (Crozet, VA) to play the Warriors in a non-league test on Friday, March 21. The Warriors go into the test with a record of 1-0. Western Albemarle won 9-8 in their recent non-league test against Spotswood (Penn Laird, VA)
