La Cueva Bears (Albuquerque, NM) fans left the game pleased Monday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Volcano Vista Hawks (Albuquerque, NM), 8-6 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, La Cueva advances its record to 6-2 on the season. The Bears travel to Rio Rancho (Rio Rancho, NM) to battle the Rams in a non-league match on Tuesday, March 25. The Rams come into the match with a record of 7-1.
The Hawks now have a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Eldorado for a non-league match on Tuesday, March 25. Volcano Vista will battle a Golden Eagles squad coming off a 15-4 non-league win over Volcano Vista (Albuquerque, NM). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 6-0.
