In Monday's league challenge, the visiting Middle Creek Mustangs lacrosse squad scored a good 12-0 triumph over the Holly Springs Golden Hawks.

The Mustangs (6-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Cardinal Gibbons (Raleigh, NC). The Crusaders go into the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Cardinal Gibbons knocked off Enloe (Raleigh, NC), 14-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Golden Hawks clash with the Green Level Gators (Cary, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, March 20. Holly Springs will attempt to better on its 1-4 season record. The Gators go into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 6-5 league loss to Apex (Apex, NC).
